About the Role
We are currently recruiting coach drivers to join our well established team at Hearn’s Coaches. We believe in providing our team with a choice in working opportunities to best suit their lifestyle preferences:
Charter Team – best for those wanting variety of work where no two days are the same!
Working 5 days on, 3 days off with a minimum guaranteed 9 hours pay per shift
Mon-Fri Team – best for those wanting a more regular work structure and local driving
Core Days Monday – Friday with overtime at weekends. Guaranteed minimum 8 hours pay per shift.
FlixBus Team – best for those wanting consistency of routes and long-distance driving
Working 5 days on, 3 days off with a minimum guarantee of 9 hours pay per shift
Our Offer to You
£17.50 per hour weekdays and £19.50 per hour weekends

Requirements
A valid PCV (Category D) licence and up-to-date CPC qualification
A digital tachograph card
A professional and customer-focused attitude
Strong driving skills and a safety-first mindset
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overnights as required
